Jeffrey C. Brown brings over 40 years of leadership and expertise across operations, marketing, consulting, and commercial real estate.

  • Executive Leadership: Former Vice President of Operations at The Beverage Works NY, Inc., headquartered in Wall, New Jersey. For 15 years, he directed day-to-day operations of the NYC metropolitan area Red Bull distributor, overseeing distribution across 14 counties in New Jersey, Nassau and Suffolk counties in Long Island, all five boroughs of New York City, and seven counties in the Hudson Valley.
  • Commercial Real Estate Expertise: Founder of Brown & Son Realty, serving the New York metropolitan area. Notably, he secured over 550,000 square feet of industrial and office space in five locations for Mr. Natural, Inc., the Snapple distributor, as their operations expanded following Snapple’s IPO.
  • Construction & Development: Owner of Butler Franchise in NYC, where he estimated and executed major projects including:
    • The largest Butler structure ever built in NYC (Visy Paper, Staten Island)
    • ATF headquarters in Brooklyn
    • Secure storage facilities for the DEA
